This page explains, in plain language, what data this website collects about you. Today the answer is: nothing. The detail is below for the sake of being explicit.
What this site does
diogonmoura.com is a static brochure site. It is delivered as a small set of HTML, CSS, and image files. There is no application, no database, no contact form, no analytics, no advertising network, no embedded videos, no chat widget, no third-party tracker, no remarketing pixel.
What this site stores about you
- No cookies. The site does not set first-party cookies. No third-party scripts run that could set their own.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no other measurement service.
- No personal data submission. There is no form on the site. The only ways to contact me are external — your email client (via the
mailto:link) or LinkedIn — and any data you send through those channels is governed by their respective privacy policies, not this one. - No newsletter, no signup, no account.
Server logs
The site is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network. Cloudflare may keep technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent) for the limited purposes of operating the network, mitigating abuse, and producing aggregated security reports. I do not access these logs and do not use them for analytics or profiling. Cloudflare's processing is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts
The site loads webfonts from Bunny Fonts, a privacy-friendly font CDN that does not log IP addresses or set tracking cookies. No request is made to Google Fonts.
If anything changes
If I ever add analytics, a contact form, a calendar embed, or any other feature that processes personal data, this page will be updated the same day, and a cookie banner will be added if cookies become involved.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Because this site does not process personal data, there is nothing to access, rectify, or erase from my side. If you nonetheless want to exercise any of these rights, write to contact@diogonmoura.com.
If you believe your rights have been infringed you may also file a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
